Our appointment which was made by G.P. In room last time we came was not in the system resulting in a 50 min wait. This has happened before. The receptionists however was very a apologetic. I heard similar situations whilst waiting and felt very sorry for help.

It is almost impossible to get through on the telephone. Also I wrote to the Practice Manager about something a while ago and never even had a reply. You hardly ever get to see the doctor you have been assigned to.
